Checklists library
A library of Actions that allow an administrator to assign an action to proposal checklist responses. When library actions are used more than once, the application will not duplicate the actions.
Configuring Library Action Options
- Navigate to the Administration tab and hover over the Checklists Library
- From the secondary drop-down, select Actions.
- This will open your Actions Library.
Create New Actions
- To create new actions, click the Add Action button at the top of the page.
- This will create a new action at the bottom of the page. Depending on your page size you might need to scroll down to begin filling out the action information.
- For all actions created, the Action Text is required.
- Other options for defaulted information are: A. Action step assignment B. Action Target Date C. Action Assignments
- Once an action is defined, click the Save button.
- This will save the action and add the newly configured action to the Action Library.
- Once in the Library the configured action can be added to checklists.
